    The Condition of this obligation is such, that the person abovebounden Tristram Bowhay the naturall and lawfull Brother and Administrator of all and singular goods chattells and creditts of Edward
Bowhay deceased, during the minority of Edward, Jone, Mary, Katherine and Thomasin, the lawfull children of Edward Bowhay, doe make or cause to be made a true and perfect inventorye of all and singular the goods chattells and creditts of ye said deceased which have or shall come to the hande, possession or knowledge of him the said Tristram Bowhay or into the hande and possession of any other
person or persons for him  and the xxx soe made doe exhibite or cause to be exhibited into the Registrye of the said Archdeaconry Courte at or before the last day of December next xxx
And the said Goods chattells and creditts, and all other goods chattells and creditts of the said deceased att the time of his death which att any time after shall come to the hand or possession of
the said Tristram Bowhay or into the hand or possession of any other person or persons for him doe well and truly administer according to law, and further doe make or cause to be
made a true and just accompt of his said Admon att or before the last day of October next: And all the rest and residue of ye said goods chattelles and creditts, which shall be found
remaining upon the said Administrator's accompt, the same being first examined and allowed of by the Judge or Judges for the timebeing of the said Courte shall deliver and pay
unto such person or persons respectively as the said Judge or Judges by his or their decree a certaine payment to the xxx in xxxx and xxxxxxing of an Act of Parliament entitled
An Act for the better selling of intestate estates, shall limitt and appointe, And if it shall hereafter appeare that any last will and testament was made by the said deceased and the executor or
executrix therein named doe exhibite the same into the said Courte, making request to have itt allowed and approved accordingly. If the said Tristram Bowhay being thereunto
required, doe render and deliver the said xxx of Administration and Approbation of succession being first had and made in the said Courte.[Words on two lines crossed out]
And if the said Tristram Bowhay shall likewise during the minority of them the said Edward, Jone, Mary, Katherine and Thomasine [several words crossed out] the naturall and lawfull children of the said Edward Bowhay deceased as aforesaid educate and maintain them according to their degree and quality, And shall likewise pass a true accompt and pay out such money as shall remain in his hands upon such accompt to the minors when they shall come of Age that then this present obligation to be void & of none effect, otherwise to remain and be in its full power force and virtue.
