William Burton's brother James (later the postmaster) was born in 1829,  so  the James above is too young. Too young even to be WBs uncle born in 1813. The same comment applies to the William - too young. But we know Thomas moved to Stoke Climsland (=Venterdon?) between 1829 when they were in St Austel, and roughly 1832 when son Thomas was born. It is not obvious who his neighbour William was.
