FULL TRANSCRIPT
In the Name of God Amen
I Robert Thomas Prickett of Little Britain in the Parish of Saint
Botolph Aldersgate in the City of London being weak in body but of
sound mind memory and understanding thanks be to God do make this my
last will Stxxll? I give unto my dear and loving wife Sarah Prickett
all my estate goods and Chattels of whatsoever nature or kind soever
that may be due owing or belonging to me at the time of my decease
and all estates goods or chattels that may become due to me or be
entitled to either before or after my decease will and bequeath to
my said wife all monies and balances of accounts lying in the hands
of Charles Prickett Cabinet maker Aldersgate Street executor
of the will of my late father Charles Richard Prickett late of
Saint Ann’s Lane in the Parish of Aldersgate I xxxx xxx monies
bequeathed me by my late father remaining due or might be entitled
to at the time of my decease to be paid my said wife with six
calendar months after my decease and all the interest of xxxx xxxxxx
in said Charles Richard Pricketts will subject to the conditions
hereinafter mentioned First I give unto my daughter Francis Prickett
by former marriage the sum of twenty pounds for her own and sole use
and I say the said twenty pounds to be under the immediate (?)
Inspection??? Of my said wife Sarah to be laid out for the said
Francis as she shall think most prudent and in case the said Francis
departs this life before the said Sarah then the said legacy to go
to my said wife and if the said Sarah should depart this life before
the said Francis then such of my property to come to the said
Francis Prickett I do hereby appoint my said wife sole executrix
thereof hereby revoking all former will or wills made by me hereby
declaring this alone to be my last will and testament In
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this second day
of august one thousand eight hundred and five
Robt Thos Prickett signed sealed published and declared by the
within named testator as and for his last will and testament in the
presence of us and in the presence of each other and at his request
have hereunto set our hands as witnesses hereto R Macquillxxx

This will was proved at London the fifth day of March in this year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and six before the worshipful
George Ogilvie doctor of Laws Surrogate of the Right
Honourable Sir William Wxxxxx Knight also doctor of Laws Master
Keeper or commissary of the perrogative court of Canterbury lawfully
constituted by the oath of Sarah Prickett widow the relict of the
deceased and the sole executrix named in the said Will to whom
administration of all and singular the goods chattels and credits of
the said deceased was granted having been first sworn duly to
administer
