LDS - Jane, Margaret, Robert and Henry's christenining only records the father. Henry's christening doesn't even do that. We believe it is the right one, because Jane married there
There is a marriage Henry to Jane (About 1739 Of, Woodhorn), but no maiden name. There is another possible marriage of a Henry Sym to Dorothy Mather 23 May 1743   Longframlington,, which is about  nine miles NW of  Widrington, but Jane seems most likely
