The evidence for Thomas Prickett being Charles' father is the will
of Richard Prickett Ironfounder (below). We have a
Thomas who had a son Charles, who is about the right age to be our
Charles.
It is all we have, but would have to rate him 30% at best, given
the proliferation of Pricketts, and the poor records in London at
the time

Heigh Presto I think I have
located Charles Richards Prickett's family all being baptised in
St James Clerkenwell,
Part of Islington,
Middlesex. There are at least 7 children

I have not found the marriage to
Maria Jane, but Robert and his father were both buried at St
John Zachary in the City.

burial on 29 June 1804, aged 64, in St John Zachary, City of
London, also shows a burial for Mary Prickett on 29 April 1804.
Mary's entry seems to be labelled ïn the vault". Both are from
Noble St.
