Thomas Pearson the elder of Spratton, Co Northamptonshire, yeoman being weak in body but sound and perfect in mind and memory   
I give to sonne John Pearson messuage and farm house in Spratton together with the lands in common and openfield of Spratton (except
for two quartern lands) together with all appurtenancies, until Thomas Pearson, son of Thomas Pearson my son attain to age 25 years. I give to daughter Margaret Brown the halve yardland (2 quartern aforesaid) during her natural life. I give to son William Pearson £50
I give to Thomas Brown's two sons £30 apiece
I give to grandson Haddon Thorkand £20
I give to daughter Bridget Martin £40
I give to daughter Margaret £10
I give to grandsons Thomas Martin and Peter Martin £5 apiece
