Thomas Pearson the elder of Spratton, Co Northamptonshire, yeoman

weak in body but sound and perfect in mind and
memory
I give to sonne John Pearson messuage and farm house in Spratton
together with the lands in common and openfield of Spratton (except
for two quartern lands) together with all appurtenancies, until

Pearson, son of Thomas Pearson my son attain to age 25 years. I give

daughter Margaret Brown the halve yardland (2 quartern aforesaid)
